How Can lower Back Pain And Swelling In The Leg Be Treated?

My husband was in a car accident (he was hit from behind while on a motorcycle) two weeks ago and has developed swollen leg and foot on left side - side injured in accident. He says there is no pain in that area but there is in buttocks and lower back. Should we go to emergency care?

Hi, I think you should consult a doctor for proper examination. He may need a xray of leg and foot to rule out any fracture. He can take some pain killers and muscle relaxant also.
